Please note that we have a strict 24 hr cancellation policy. We have held your appointment for you and the full fee will be charged if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. That includes being asked to stay back at work (unless prior arrangements with us are made) and no shows. Unless you, or someone you have been in contact with is sick in any way, then we can not treat you and there is no charge.
