Judy has had 11 year’s experience working with Kinesiology, Counselling and Hypnotherapy. She has worked at a variety of different clinics during those years, and now is a valued member of the Bodyworks team.

Judy has an exceptionally welcoming and non - judgemental demeanour, which is ideal for those seeking all three of her services. She works on the changing of behaviours and the psychology behind why a person needs help. Judy then gives clients the individualised tools that person may need to quit smoking for example.

Judy holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling so is very highly qualified and experienced to offer these services.
